To make purchases on Italfoodex.it, you need to register on our website. The registration process is quick and easy.
Purchases by Private Individuals:
If you are a private individual, the product prices displayed on the site include Italian VAT. The applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), with rates ranging from 4% to 22% depending on the product type, will be detailed in the shopping cart before order completion and payment.
Purchases by Business Users (B2B):
If you indicate during registration that you are a business user, you will receive a commercial invoice for your purchases.
- EU Business Users (VIES registered): If your company is located in a European Union country and is duly registered with the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System), you can purchase products net of Italian VAT. You will then be responsible for paying the VAT in your country of residence according to local regulations.
- EU Business Users (not VIES registered): If your company is located in a European Union country and is not registered with VIES, you will have to pay for the goods including Italian VAT, which will be detailed in the shopping cart.
- Non-EU Business Users: If your company is located outside the European Union, you can purchase products net of Italian VAT. However, please be informed that any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival of the goods in your country will be entirely your responsibility.
Delivery Terms and INCOTERMS:
Our standard online sales are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. According to these terms, the price includes delivery of the goods to the specified address, but the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and the payment of any duties and taxes in the destination country.
For large shipments (several pallets), if you require specific delivery terms according to INCOTERMS (such as EXW, FCA, FOB, etc.), please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and receive a personalized quotation.
Prices and Quantities:
On our website, the price of products is clearly indicated both for the purchase of single pieces or samples and for the purchase of full cases. By purchasing in full cases, you will benefit from the most competitive wholesale price.

Acquisti da Privati:
Se sei un privato, i prezzi dei prodotti visualizzati sul sito sono da intendersi comprensivi di IVA italiana. L’Imposta sul Valore Aggiunto (IVA) applicabile, con aliquote variabili dal 4% al 22% a seconda della tipologia di prodotto, sarà dettagliatamente indicata nel carrello prima del completamento dell’ordine e del pagamento.
Acquisti da Utenti Commerciali (B2B):
Se durante la registrazione indichi di essere un utente commerciale, riceverai una fattura commerciale per i tuoi acquisti.
- Utenti Commerciali UE (iscritti al VIES): Se la tua azienda risiede in un paese dell’Unione Europea ed è regolarmente iscritta al VIES (VAT Information Exchange System), potrai acquistare i prodotti al netto dell’IVA italiana. L’IVA sarà quindi a tuo carico e dovrai assolverla nel tuo paese di residenza secondo le normative locali.
- Utenti Commerciali UE (non iscritti al VIES): Se la tua azienda risiede in un paese dell’Unione Europea e non è iscritta al VIES, dovrai pagare la merce comprensiva dell’IVA italiana, che sarà dettagliatamente indicata nel carrello.
- Utenti Commerciali Extra-UE: Se la tua azienda risiede al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, potrai acquistare i prodotti al netto dell’IVA italiana. Tuttavia, ti informiamo che eventuali dazi e tasse doganali applicabili al momento dell’arrivo della merce nel tuo paese saranno interamente a tuo carico.
Condizioni di Consegna e Resa INCOTERMS:
Le nostre vendite online standard avvengono con resa DAP (Delivered at Place). In base a questa resa, il prezzo include la consegna della merce all’indirizzo specificato, ma l’acquirente è responsabile per lo sdoganamento all’importazione e per il pagamento di eventuali dazi e tasse nel paese di destinazione.
Per forniture importanti (diversi pallet), se desideri una resa merce specifica secondo gli INCOTERMS (come EXW, FCA, FOB, ecc.), ti preghiamo di contattarci preventivamente per discutere le tue esigenze e ricevere una quotazione personalizzata.
Prezzi e Quantità:
Sul nostro sito, il prezzo dei prodotti è chiaramente indicato sia per l’acquisto di singoli pezzi o campioni, sia per l’acquisto a cartoni interi. Acquistando a cartoni, potrai beneficiare del prezzo all’ingrosso più competitivo.
